Verified operators

We don't list operators until we've checked their trade licence, insurance and vessel registration. Here's exactly what we verify — and how.

Operator verification in progress

We are currently building our verified operator database. Operators are being onboarded and verified on a rolling basis. Until a full verified list is published, all enquiries are handled directly — we will only connect you with operators we have verified.

Our verification process

Before any operator appears on this site, we run four mandatory checks. We do not list operators on the basis of self-reported claims alone.

UAE Trade License

Every listed operator must hold a valid UAE trade license issued by DED (Dubai) or ADCCI (Abu Dhabi). We verify the license number and expiry date before listing.

Marine Insurance

Operators must carry valid marine liability insurance covering passengers. We request a certificate of insurance and verify it covers the boats and routes they advertise.

Licensed Captains

All captains must hold a valid UAE Maritime Authority licence. We verify the licence number and confirm it covers the vessel class being chartered.

Vessel Registration

Every boat must be registered with the UAE Maritime Authority and carry a valid safety certificate. We check registration numbers match the boats advertised.

What we don't do

We don't invent reviews or ratings

We don't list operators who haven't passed all four checks

We don't accept payment to list unverified operators

We don't show fake 'X people viewed this today' counters

We don't display star ratings until we have verifiable review data

We don't hide fees — if an operator pays us a referral fee, we say so

Operator listing tiers

We operate two listing tiers. This is disclosed transparently — operators who pay us a referral fee are clearly marked.

Tier 1

Free listing

Verified operators can list their boats at no cost. Listings show boat specs, photos and pricing — but no direct contact information is displayed.

Preferred Partner

Verified Preferred Partner

Preferred partners get a "Verified Preferred Partner" badge, a direct "Book Now" button, and priority placement in search results. We receive a referral fee per qualified lead.
