yachtguideuae.com ("we", "us") is an independent guide to yacht charters in the UAE. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and send an enquiry, and how we handle it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Contact details — your name, and a phone number and/or email so an advisor can reach you.
• Enquiry details — your preferred date, group size, budget range and catering preference.
• Basic attribution — the page or domain you came from and any campaign tags (UTM) in the link. We do not store this as contact information.

We do not ask for, or take, any payment on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How it is stored

Your contact details are stored separately from your enquiry details and linked only by an internal reference. Access is restricted to us through server-side keys; the public version of the site cannot read enquiry or contact records.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and help arrange a charter — for example, by following up with options and connecting you with a suitable operator. We may keep enquiries to provide continuity if you contact us again.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not currently broadcast your contact details to third parties automatically. Where helping with your enquiry requires sharing relevant details with a charter operator, we will do so only to progress your request. If we introduce partner referrals in future, we will update this policy first.

Analytics

We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used. Any analytics signal we send about an enquiry contains a non-identifying reference and coarse details (such as group size and budget range) — never your name, phone or email.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page to reach us.
