The things people actually ask us.
How much does a yacht charter in Dubai cost?
Smaller motor yachts (35–45 ft) start from around AED 300–800 per hour depending on the boat and operator. Larger vessels (60–80 ft) range from AED 1,500–3,000/hr, while superyachts can be AED 5,000+/hr. Most guests book 3–4 hour packages, quoted rates almost always include captain and crew, and prices change — always confirm with the operator.
Is the captain and crew always included?
On private UAE charters, yes — a licensed captain and crew are standard, so you never sail yourself. The crew handles navigation, safety, and on-board service. Always confirm exactly what is included with the operator before you book.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Yes. Most UAE yacht charters allow BYOB (bring your own beverages) and outside catering. The crew will provide ice, glassware, and a cooler. Some operators offer catering packages — ask when you enquire.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekends and public holidays, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Weekday charters are often available with just a few days' notice. For special events like New Year's Eve or F1 weekend, book 2–3 months ahead.
Which marina should I depart from?
Dubai Marina is the most popular — central, scenic, and easy to reach. Dubai Harbour is best for superyachts with immediate open-water access. Palm Jumeirah is ideal for shorter cruises with Atlantis views. We have a guide for every major UAE marina.
Are children allowed on yacht charters?
Yes. Families with children are very welcome. Catamarans are particularly popular for families due to their stability and spacious decks. Life jackets are always provided. Let the operator know the ages of children when booking.
